Every batch undergoes independent third-party testing to verify purity and authenticity. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for every compound and can be accessed directly on each product page.

No. We allow quick guest checkout for speed and discretion. However, creating an account will give you access to order history, faster reordering, and loyalty program benefits.

At this time, Praxis Peptides does not ship internationally.

We work hard to ensure products are shipped within 1 business day of ordering, although the occasional delay may occur. Domestic delivery averages 3–5 business days. International delivery varies depending on location and customs clearance.

Praxis Peptides works with secure, compliant processors that accept major credit/debit cards, select alternative payment methods, and certain cryptocurrencies. Available options will be displayed at checkout.

We do not accept returns once a product has been opened. If the product was received damaged, we will resend a replacement.  Exceptions are made in the rare events, including but not limited to fulfillment errors (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

All orders are shipped in secure packaging. Vials are sealed and tamper-evident to ensure product integrity upon arrival.

Shipping Insurance is an optional protection offered at checkout for $4.99. This coverage protects your order in the event it is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

Shipping Insurance covers the following shipping-related issues:

  • Lost packages (confirmed lost by the carrier)
  • Stolen packages (marked as delivered but not received)
  • Damaged items resulting from transit

Shipping Insurance does not cover:

  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout
  • Packages that are delayed but still in transit
  • Claims submitted outside the required reporting timeframe

If your package is marked as Delivered but cannot be located, you must report the issue within 10 days of the delivery date to be eligible for coverage. Claims submitted after this period may not be approved.

To file a Shipping Insurance claim, please contact our support team at
support@project-praxis.co and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage (if applicable)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Shipping Insurance policy.

No. Shipping Insurance is optional, but highly recommended to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during shipping.

We usually reply within 1 business day. During periods of high demand, responses may take slightly longer, but never more than 2 business days.
